Property is located in the heart of Isla Verde Beach, walking distance to many restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, supermarkets, and casino. Only 10 minute drive from the San Juan Airport (SJU). There is a bus stop at Marbella del Caribe that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1.

The area is very vibrant, safe and walkable. No need to rent a car.

Rent this condo!!! Not only are the views from the balcony and THE BED incredible, but the location is perfection! You are steps from coffee on the beach, an afternoon at the pool, groceries, and a variety of fabulous restaurants! Beatrice provided a guide with recommendations for day trips, stores, and places to eat – it was extremely helpful and we used it daily! The condo had everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, and a small cooler. We began making plans to return before our trip was even over! We LOVED our time in PR and this property was a big part of it!

Staying at Carolina condos was just like the pictures and description. This was our first time to Puerto Rico and first time staying in Airbnb. It was memorable going to miss waking up to the beach and the sounds of the waves. We spent a few day lounging on the beach. we are a family of four. They do have two chairs for the beach. But as you walk out to the beach they sell long lounge chairs and umbrellas which we used most of the time. $4 a chair and $10 umbrella. Your close to everything we just Uber to whatever was too far to walk it was convenient for us.

This was the perfect location for me as I was by myself. Everything was so conveniently located basically across the street!!! The Apartment is awesome and has an amazing view the balcony to the bedroom and from many places inside because of some very stragically placed mirrors!I loved it!! Well done 👍

Marbella del caribe is located smack dab in the middle of the beach….just perfect!!!
Also the first night (it was late) I couldn’t figure out how to work the tv LOL Beatrice had her handy man show me that very next morning! Thank you so much and I look forward to future stays with you!

We had an amazing week in PR!!! Our first time there and will definitely be returning!! The condo was super clean and in the best location! Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It was nice to go across the street for quick groceries when we arrived at Walgreens and CVS. Then we walked a little further the next morning, but a nice walk, to Pueblos, the larger grocery store, with EVERYTHING, and bought everything we needed for the week, and caught a quick Uber back to the condo with our groceries. Isla Verde is the best beach!! It’s wider than a lot of the other beaches, so we had plenty of room to spread out! We walked down to the beach restaurant at the Royal Sonesta twice, because we loved the atmosphere and the food was amazing!! Nothing is cheap, but when you want quality food, it’s worth it! Would also recommend taking an Uber to Wicked Lily for a late lunch (they can get really busy during lunch and dinner, so go off times!) Fun atmosphere on the beach and wonderful food!!

We will miss opening our patio doors every day and listening to the ocean looking out at the turquoise water!!! It was truly like the pictures show!! Communication with our host was perfect and check in and out was very smooth! We’re ready to go back next week!! Lol. especially since we came home to 12 inches of snow!!
