This part of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all hours, yet the apartment is very quiet with no street noise.

The unit was clean and check in was a breeze. Location was amazing, literally steps from the beach. Very convenient to various shops and restaurants. Beatrice and Carmen were very communicative. would stay again!

The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive by text to our questions, and has taken care to include some items you may need, such as toiletries, sunscreen and after sun products, and cooking seasonings. Having a personal parking spot and property security were excellent. If being in the San Juan/Isla Verde area is what you’re looking for, this is a good choice.
