Beatrice’s apartment was perfectly located. The beach is just steps away. Restaurants are located within walking distance and the Walgreens right across the street was life saver. Communication with Beatrice was immediate. She was quick to answer the phone when we had a little hiccup trying to park (no fault of Beatrice…the renter before us didn’t leave the parking garage beeper). We did spend a day in Old San Juan…Beatrice’s directions, parking and restaurants were so helpful. I would recommend Beatrice’s apartment for couples and small families.

Great place to stay! Very clean, attractive condo in a very nice building. Convenient to many restaurants. Our favorite for breakfast was Playa Papaya, but don’t go if you are in a hurry – both times we were there only 2 servers were working and it took awhile for them to come take your order.

Easy drive to Old San Juan – we drove in on 3 different days, and then came back to the condo in the late afternoon. We loved just sitting on the balcony with a cold drink listening to the waves. The beach and the pool were never crowded. Although it did get a little loud on the weekends, however, not nearly as loud as other places we stayed.

It was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we had a wonderful time. So much to do. The people are very friendly. The weather/temperature

I stayed here for a week at the beginning of Feb 2022. The beautiful ocean views from the apt and balcony are just gorgeous and such a wonderful thing to look at everyday. There is also a beautiful ocean breeze coming through when you open the balcony door and I loved sitting out there everyday for my morning coffee. The location is great right on the beach for nice morning beach walks. There is a big walgreens right behind the place which was super convenient and I bought some jugs of water from there. There is also a big supermarket within walking distance although you may want to uber or drive back if you have groceries. The apt complex felt very safe with a guard always at the front desk. The kitchen has everything you could want including the basics like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, knives, cutting board, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, and a few pans and cooking spoons. There is also a toaster, toaster oven and blender. I used the blender to make smoothies every morning! The bed and sofa were very comfy. The big screen smart tv was very nice with cable as well as netflix, youtube, and prime video. I was able to easily uber from there to anyplace around the san juan area. Communication with beatrice was very fast and she would get back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Since the building is a little residential, there is sometime some noise from other occupants sitting on their balconies and also from the basketball court that the balcony overlooks. Not a big deal but maybe want to bring ear plugs just in case. Overall, a very nice stay and glad I stayed there.

We were in the condo from January 1st to the 9th. Everything was exactly as pictured in the photos. Incredible view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo had everything needed for a week on the beach or the pool. Towels, cooler with wheels and small pull cart to pack towels in and beach chairs. I would definitely stay there again. Walgreens right across the street along with many restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great location with incredible view.
