You will appreciate the cleanliness of the building’s lobby and the cleanliness of the apartment when you arrive. This is a spacious, bright, well laid out one bedroom, with privacy between the living room and bedroom. In- unit washer & dryer a plus. Beautiful beach and mountain views. Great palm- tree lined beach and huge pool, with plenty of room for social distancing. The location is A+ with access to all at your doorstep. Building security is on point. Our Host Beatrice was quick to reply to questions and requests, and satisfied all our needs in a timely and exceptional manner. Thank you Beatrice. We had a fabulous time!

Great location, the beach was nicer here than the San Juan and Condondo areas in my opinion. Cleaner and less people. Check in was easy, good side view of the ocean on the balcony. Property was in good shape, it looked/sounded like other people were remodeling in other units too. Overall it was described accurately and was as expected. Both neighboring beach bars on the left and right side have decent food. It was under a 10 dollar Uber ride to the airport and just about everywhere else. Left some beers and snacks for the next people.

Stayed here for a special occasion and loved our stay! Perfect location steps away from the beach. Love the pool to beach access. The apartment also had a nice view of the beach. I’d definitely stay here again.
