About the Marbella del Caribe
The Marbella del Caribe is the most popular beachfront building located at Isla Verde, a 1.5 miles of turquoise beach rated as the best urban beach in the world, according to USA Today. Property is located in the heart of Isla Verde Beach, walking distance to many restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, supermarkets, and casino. Only 10 minute drive from the San Juan Airport (SJU). There is a bus stop at Marbella del Caribe that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1.

The area is very vibrant, safe and walkable. No need to rent a car.

Properties on Isla Verde Ave, (near the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel) are the only ones you can truly walk to/from at any time of the day AND night, even with small children. This part of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all hours, yet the apartment is very quiet with no street noise.

The location is PERFECT. We did not use our car the entire 2 nights we were there. it’s walking distance to anything we needed. Beatrice provided us with a 31 page note that included everything & anything you can think of, restaurants, nightlife, etc. That was extremely helpful & it was our go to for the entire stay.

The actual condo is in a very secure spot. Everything is gated & fully secured. We felt very safe.
We were on the 12th floor so the view was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in, we got this home-like feel. Everything was super clean. All the cabinets are stocked with everything needed. The bed was oh so comfortable.
I cant think of anything that would have made our stay more perfect.
We will definitely be back.

The room offered a beautiful view of the beach! I enjoyed just sitting out on the balcony all hours throughout the day to enjoy it. The Ubers are very reasonably priced to get around and see the sites if you’re vacationing. Right across the street had a few places to eat and a Walgreens for all of your convenient needs. At this time there was a curfew of midnight. However if you travel in to San Juan, you’ll have more luck if you’re into the night life. The bed was very comfy and having a washer/dryer, and full kitchen was the ticket to a week long vacation. All around, I’d give the experience and room a 10/10! Thank you and I would definitely stay here again.

The view of the beach is worth it! some quirks with check in and some little minor things throughout the apartment itself but other than that we enjoyed our stay. nearby lots of restaurants, stores, across of the beach, and car rental option across the street was convenient.

The place is amazing. Great location. Great views. The beach is your backyard. The assigned parking space and a washer and dryer in the unit were a definite plus. Also the communication with Beatrice was superb and when I had only 1 issue that the air in the living room wasn’t working, she sent someone immediately to fix it. Overall this is the best AIRBNB experience without a doubt.

The view is incredible! The beach and pool access was awesome and we loved the security and the parking spot. We ate at the BBQ area one night and enjoyed it, even though it was raining. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Puerto Rico.

Wonderful! The place is super clean and well kept, and the building has 24 hr security. The view from the balcony and bedroom were my favorite- so amazing to wake up to the ocean every day! The location is awesome as well, we ventured around looking for other beaches to try, but nothing compared to the one right outside the building. The water is calm and bright blue, and it never got too crowded. Lots of restaurants, shops, and bars within quick walking and driving distance.
