Properties on Isla Verde Ave, (near the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel) are the only ones you can truly walk to/from at any time of the day AND night, even with small children. This part of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all hours, yet the apartment is very quiet with no street noise.

• Everything is within very easy and safe walking distance (day and night)
• Public bus to Old San Juan stops at Marbella del Caribe building ~ 0.75¢ each way
• 10 minute drive from airport yet absolutely no airport noise ~ $9 Uber

We had no issues during our stay. My wife was surprised the condo had so much household items, it really felt like a home. The view of the beach is amazing and hearing the sound of ocean waves all day and night is so 😎 and relaxing. The beach was clean and enjoyable, didn’t get to checkout the pool. We loved Piñones, the fish and coconut water hit the spot, we went 2 times, great recommendations! Also, very happy for how secure the condo was, felt so safe! Thanks for answering all my questions, first time using AirB&B with my family, everything was smooth!

The beachfront location and view was exceptional. We enjoyed long days at the beach that was literally steps from the condo. The check-in was a breeze and the condo was clean and well equipped with the necessities (including spices and basic toiletries). We had a very minor plumbing issue that I only mention to illustrate the prompt and thorough resolution by Beatrice. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to return.
