If you make a reservation through a third-party booking platform, payment processing, cancellations, refunds, modifications, disputes, and certain other aspects of the reservation may be administered by that platform.
Spice Vacation Rentals is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party booking platforms.
Your use of those services is subject to the terms and policies established by the applicable platform.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed by Spice Vacation Rentals, a booking platform, or a third-party payment processor.
Applicable rates, taxes, cleaning fees, service fees, deposits, and other charges will be disclosed during the reservation process or in the applicable rental agreement.
